JINZONG MACHINERY, manufacturers Automatic Ointment/Cream/ Toothpaste and Liquid manufacturing/ process plants, as per customer requirements, complete with Main manufacturing vessel, associate water phase, wax phase vessel, and sugar melting vessel in case of Liquid plants, thoroughly steam jacketed in heavy duty construction, with Mechanical seals at the bottom homogenizer, and top stirrers with automatic top dish opening mechanism and automatic batch weighing systems.

The Ointment Manufacturing Plants are ideal tools for the pharmaceutical & cosmetic industries for the production of Ointment, Cream, Lotions, Tooth Paste & other emulsions & homogenizations. Ointment Manufacturing Plant is designed to handle processes right from transferring of raw material to the delivery of finished products. Coming with digital metering pump fitted in hopper of filling machine, this plant is used for production of lotion and is so designed that it saves on valuable batch processing time. The plant offers efficient heating & cooling with support of accurate temperature control even in cases where processing is done for small qualities.
