The machine is designed with all-direction wall-scraping mixing homogeneous structure, without weltering area hard to reach, and proves to be the preferred device for production of middle high-grade ointment-like medicines. This machine has sanitary version with reliable quality compliance with GMP requirements.


Normal electrical control and PLC touch-screen control system are optional up to user's requirement.
This system is a Professional Multifunctional Production Line Equipment of Cream Emulsifier for Pharmaceutical Laboratory           


1.All constructors (including pipes) which contact with raw materials are made from SUS316L, and the surface is polished. Others are SUS304, surface polishing. The sealing material is fluorinated rubber (VITON), scraper material PTFE, pipeline is connected by TRI-CLAMP, easy to disassemble and assemble. The external motor is equipped with stainless steel shield.
2.Welding treatment: all welding parts are full welding, fillet transition (welding seam be treated with pickling and passivation before welding).

1.The main pan is filled with liquid and trace elements. The water pan and oil pan are half-open, which is convenient for feeding.

3.Frame-type mixing and blade-type mixing are operated in reverse direction, variable frequency speed regulation, frame-type mixing is equipped with scraper, no dead angle.

8.The control panel has switch on, off, emergency stop switch, upper and lower limit setting display of adjusting temperature, mixing speed (frequency conversion). Control settings of speed and homogenization time, vacuum, lighting, including all functions of premix pan, Lifting control of hydraulic system 
9.The main pot cover is equipped with a lighting lamp and a wiping mirror for easy observation of the state of the pot.          
10.Equipped with emergency stop function.
