In order to realize the heating, evaporation, cooling and low-speed mixed reaction required by the process, the reactor is an essential equipment. However, if the maintenance of the chemical reactor is not in place, it is often heard that safety and environmental pollution accidents are caused, which should be paid more attention to in use.

1. Requirements for device location:  the reactor shall be installed in an operation room meeting the safety requirements for hazardous chemicals production. Each operation room shall have a channel and outlet to the outside, and the equipment shall be well ventilated.

2. Installation requirements: after opening the package, check whether the equipment is damaged, install the equipment according to the equipment model and the structural drawing, and check the equipped parts according to the packing list. Note that the heating and cooling methods and media meet the process requirements, and the installation shall comply with relevant safety specifications.

3、Sealing Maintenance: the sealing condition of the laboratory reactor is very critical, which directly affects the use effect and production safety. It is also the most important part of the equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly check each sealing part according to the operation manual to ensure that the lubrication or cooling medium meets the requirements. Once leakage is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection and maintenance, and then put it back into use after passing the pressure maintaining test without leakage.

4、Maintenance of instruments and meters: at ordinary times, pay attention to the cleaning of measuring parts such as instruments and sensors, maintain the sensitivity of sensors, conduct regular calibration and verification according to the specification requirements, check the fastening of the contact parts of connecting wires, and regularly check the integrity of shielding devices.

5、Maintenance of process valve system: pay attention to the action sensitivity of each process valve to ensure the normal operation of valve actuator and avoid blockage. In case of any abnormality, it is recommended to replace it.

6、Maintenance of mixing system: observe the operation at any time, stop the machine for inspection in case of abnormal noise or vibration, pay special attention to the lubrication and temperature rise of each bearing point, notify the supplier for inspection and treatment in case of abnormality, and replace the lubricating oil regularly and fasten the connecting bolts at any time. 7、Maintenance of safety devices: ensure that safety devices are used in accordance with safety specifications, and blocking and failure are strictly prohibited. Submit to relevant departments for inspection regularly.

8、Maintenance of automatic control system: ensure stable power supply, normal signal feedback and sensitive action of actuator. Do a good job in lightning protection, surge prevention and anti-static interference measures. Do not plug and unplug various modules at will. Pay attention to the suppression and interference of optical fiber and other signal lines from other process pipelines and power cables. If WiFi signal transmission is adopted, you are welcome to often check the signal source and transmission quality.

9、Shutdown and production waiting treatment: after each use, the kettle body shall be cleaned, the circuit of the process pipeline shall be emptied, and the relevant filter devices shall be cleaned. If the anti-corrosion conditions are involved, the cleaning and protection shall be done in time according to the anti-corrosion requirements. When it is put into use again, the system and equipment shall be comprehensively inspected and put into normal operation before it can be put into production.
