What is the difference between a homogenizer, a mixer, and an emulsifier?
1. Homogenizer: Comprises a pressure drive end (high-pressure pump) and a homogenization end (typically a homogenization valve or an adjustable aperture chamber). The key to high-pressure homogenizer technology lies in the proper application and control of the high-pressure pump and the homogenization valve/aperture.
2. Mixer: A commonly used vertical mixer mainly consists of the following structures: motor pulley, motor, mixing barrel, screw, discharge outlet, cleaning port, belt pulley, sight glass, ladder, inlet, electrical control cabinet, recycling feed port, and feeding port.
3. Emulsifier: The emulsifier is primarily composed of: an emulsification tank (with a liftable cover and a tilting tank body), an aqueous phase tank, an oil phase tank, a vacuum system, a heating and temperature control system, and an electrical control system.
