1. Regularly check the sealing liquid (glycerin) in the upper sealing device’s oil chamber. The liquid level should be above the contact sealing surface of the stationary and rotating rings. For users with automatic lifting dissolution tanks, pay attention to the hydraulic oil level, hydraulic seals, and spring mechanisms.

2. Do not start the homogenizer when the vessel is empty or without liquid, as this may cause damage. Before starting the homogenizer, ensure the mechanical seal cooling water is circulating.

3. Periodically inspect and replace the lubricating grease in the cycloidal gear reducer.

4. Do not start the stirring device when there is no material in the dissolution vessel to avoid damaging the stirrer.

5. During equipment use, arrange for regular verification by relevant authorities. Adjust the safety valve and set the working pressure to ensure safe operation.

6. The equipment must be reliably grounded with a neutral wire connection.

7. Regularly check the vacuum pump water tank, maintaining a water level about 30 mm above the pump inlet. After prolonged operation, residue may accumulate at the bottom of the buffer tank. Open the discharge valve after each operation to clear any buildup.

8. For machines with positive pressure discharge, return the clamping screws to the screw rack before raising the cover; otherwise, the machine cannot be lifted.

9. Additional checks: Regularly inspect the suction hose for stiffness, aging, elasticity, and signs of erosion, ideally on a monthly basis.
