1. Purge and cleaning methods


After opening the blind plate at the tail of each main pipe of the glass-lined reaction tank, carry out purging. The compressed air main pipe is purged with 0.3MPa compressed air for 10-15 minutes; the cooling water main pipe and the freezing main pipe are cleaned with cooling water respectively. After the main pipe is cleaned, the jackets of each reactor are cleaned one by one. The branch pipes entering and exiting the jacket should be cleaned separately. Open the valves of the valve group in and out of the jacket, disconnect the inlet and outlet flanges from the glass-lined reaction tank, enter the corresponding medium from each main pipe and enter the branch pipes, and discharge the water to the drain. The cooling water return branch pipe and the frozen return water branch pipe all adopt the above scheme.


2. Purging and cleaning standards


1. Cleaning standard: use a beaker to hold the inlet and outlet water for comparison, and the water color and transparency of the outlet port are consistent with the visual inspection of the inlet water.


2. Air purging standard: use intermittent purging. During the air purging process, when the exhaust air is visually inspected to be free of smoke and dust, a wooden target plate with white cloth or white paint should be installed at the exhaust port for inspection. is qualified.


3. Steam purging: There is no rust and dirt on the target plate, which should be qualified.

The necessity of regular cleaning of glass-lined heat exchangers


All types of heat exchangers will inevitably suffer from scaling, rust and other problems after long-term operation. The main reason is that tap water is used as the working medium. When the external conditions (such as temperature, flow rate, concentration) change, the water quality is more It is in an unstable state, and then produces scaling, corrosion, biological slime and other phenomena.


Scale, corrosion and microbial growth are not isolated, but are interrelated and affect each other. For example, scale and dirt are often combined, and scaling and microbial slime can cause or exacerbate corrosion. Bio-slime will cause failure of heat exchange equipment and other sensing components, and bring serious risks to the safe operation of equipment.


Scale adhesion on equipment pipelines: The low thermal conductivity of scale reduces heat transfer efficiency or uneven heat transfer, affects the heating efficiency of heat exchange equipment, increases equipment pressure, increases electrical and mechanical load, and increases power consumption. Sediments (scale, slime, rust) cover the surface of heat exchange equipment pipes or glass-lined heat exchanger flow channels, which cause corrosion under scale. The system water infiltrated under the sediment is rapidly evaporated and concentrated, and the serious under-scale corrosion caused by the increase of various impurity concentrations will corrode and perforate the metal of the glass-lined heat exchanger equipment and the metal of the system piping equipment, resulting in leakage of high-temperature water. In order to prevent the formation of scale, inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, control the corrosion of equipment and pipelines, improve the heat exchange efficiency, save energy, and prolong the service life of the equipment, it is necessary to regularly clean the glass lined stainless steel reactor heat exchanger equipment and pre-film sterilization treatment .
