QN Type Spherical evaporation Concentrator for pharma and food processing

QN type spherical concentrator is applicable to vacuum concentrate, crystallize, extract, distillate, alcohol recover of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, food, glucose, fruit juice, candy and chemical liquids.

The spherical concentrator mainly consists of four parts such as concentrating tank, condenser, gas-liquid separator and liquid receiving barrel. It is available to concentrate and distil the material liquid in such industries as pharmacy, food and chemistry, and recycle the organic solvent. The adoption of reduced pressure concentration shortens the time for concentration, avoiding the destruction to effective component inside the thermal sensitive material.

Features:
