Crystallizer Features:           
1.The hollow screw-belt mixing structure can increase the heat transfer area, improve the heat transfer efficiency, improve the crystallization capacity, and the feeding and discharging are convenient.           
2.Steam or refrigerant can be introduced into the equipment jacket to keep the material at the optimum temperature. It has the advantages of high efficiency and easy operation.           
3.The tank can withstand high temperature steam sterilization and disinfection. It is equipped with hygienic pressure gauge.           
4.The sanitary-grade quick-opening interface is used outside the equipment tank. Equipped with a thermometer, two mirrors, cleaning balls and nitrogen import interface.           
5.Equipment seal adopts special sanitary mechanical seal to ensure that materials are not polluted.           
6.The equipment adopts stepless speed regulating device. The rotational speed of the stirring shaft can be adjusted in a wide range, and the stirring is uniform and the crystallization is uniform.
