1). The fermentation is made of double jackets with dimple jacket and insulation layer filled with PU which is imported from Japan.
2).  Diameter to cylinder ratio: 1:3
3). Stainless steel finish: inside surface is 0.28-0.4μm by mechanical polishing, outside surface is 0.4-0.8μm by satin finish.
4). As to transition of interior, we will adopt arc to make sure that there is no dead corner of sanitation.
5). Control system: Can display and control muti process parameters such as PH, DO, temperature, rotate speed, feeding flowrate of material, air flow(Two airlines), SIP, display the OD, Dissolved CO2, liquid level etc.
6)  curve analysis: PH/DO/MIXING/TEMPERATURE/LEVEL/CO2 CURVE ANALYSIS;
