Crystallization Tank, Nanofiltration Crystallizer are mainly based on the principle of diferent solubility of temperature, the solubility of the solution is supersaturated through temperature control to realized the material crystallization.

Scope of application:           
Stainless steel crystallizer is widely used in dairy industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, chemical industry and other industries for material mixing, cooling and freezing, product crystallization and so on.       
    
Working principle:           
Crystallizer is a crystallization equipment which needs chilled water or refrigerant water to cool down sharply after material mixing reaction. The key links are the size of inter jacket layer area, the structure form of mixer and material outlet form, the high precision polishing in tank body, no cleaning dead angle in tank body. Our company has rich experience in design and manufacturing for different process requirements, and the equipment produced fully meets the GMP verification requirements. We can produce 0.3-5m³ crystallization tank.

Equipment features:           
The stainless steel crystallizer can be made of imported 316L or 304 according to its different uses. The inner wall is polished by electrolytic mirror or mechanical polishing. The outer wall is welded with 304 heat preservation structure, and the outer surface is treated by mirror or matte. A 0.2µm hydrophobic ventilation filter is installed on the crystallizer body. Crystallization tank can withstand high temperature sterilization and disinfection, equipped with sanitary pressure gauge. Hygienic quick-opening joint is used for external connection of tank body. The crystallizer can adopt frequency conversion speed regulating device, and the speed regulating range of the stirring shaft is large.       
    
The tank body is equipped with sight glass, mixing device, feeding hole, tank washer, respirator, medicine liquid inlet, injection water inlet, reflux outlet, steam inlet, condensate outlet, cooling water inlet, outlet, material outlet, sewage outlet, sampling outlet, strategy and liquid level device.
