How to debug water treatment equipment? What steps are included?

The reverse osmosis water treatment equipment is divided into two parts. One part is pre-treatment debugging, and the other part is the reverse osmosis host debugging. The pre-treatment mainly involves washing quartz sand and activated carbon in both positive and negative directions to wash away fine sand and impurities, control the amount of incoming water, and adjust the flow and pressure of incoming and outgoing water. Jinzong Enterprise, which has more than 20 years of experience in water treatment equipment production and development, has summarized the following points for everyone:

1. Analyze and test the inlet water of the device, and the results show that it meets the inlet water requirements before proceeding with water commissioning of the device.

2. Adjust the pressure control system of the high-pressure pump.

3. Check whether the connections between all pipelines of the device are complete, whether the pressure gauge is complete, whether the low-pressure pipeline connections are tight, and whether there is a shortage.

4. Fully open the pressure gauge switch, main inlet valve, concentrated water discharge valve, and produced water discharge valve.

5. Start the pre-treatment equipment and adjust the water supply to be greater than the total water intake of the device.

6. Backwash and wash the sand and charcoal filter until the water is clear.

7. Start the high-pressure pump and slowly open the main inlet valve of the device. Control the total inlet pressure of the device to be less than 0.5Mpa, flush for 5 minutes, and check whether all high and low pressure pipelines and instruments are normal.

8. Adjust the inlet valve and concentrated water discharge valve to achieve an inlet pressure of 1.0-1.4 Mpa.

9. Detect the conductivity of the product water, and when it meets the requirements, open the product water outlet valve and close the produced water discharge valve.

10. The debugging of the RO device is all manual single step operation. After normal operation, it can be switched to automatic mode, which is automatically controlled by online instruments and PLC.

11. Start the regeneration system and check if it is working properly.

The most important thing to pay attention to during reverse osmosis debugging is to remember to close the outlet valve and open the high-pressure pump, as this can cause significant damage. Therefore, during debugging, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the pipeline is in the same path before starting the water pump.
