1. Description Of Scraper Fineness Meter
Scraper Fineness Meter are strictly manufactured according to GB/T 1724, GB/T6753.1, ISO1524 of standard productions, are used to measure coating, paint, printing ink, other liquid, paste pigment and impurities particle size and dispersion degree, then to control in the production, storage and application of quality, such as paint, plastic, pigment, printing ink , paper, ceramic, pharmaceutical, food and many other industries.
The Fineness Gauges is flat steel with block in the surface of which are grooves varying in depth from a maximum at one end of the block to zero in the other end. Groove depth is graduated on the block according to one or more scales used for measuring particle size.

The degree of dispersion is indicated in Microns(µm) or Hegman(H), The Hegman scale ranges are from 0 to 8 with numbers increasing as the particle size decreases.
0 Hegman =100 microns particle size
