JGZ series Linear Automatic Filling Machine is used for automatically batch filling for detergent, oil, beverage and drugs. It adopts linear intermittent bottle feeding filling and is applicable for packing bottles of different materials and shapes such as round and irregular shaped bottles. It can be configured with bottle loading machine, cap-sorting/feeding machine, cap tightening machine, coding conveyor and automatical weight detector etc for use as per users' specific demand.
Features:
A) Conform to the sanitary standards: Contact material: 316L, stainless steel as appearance material and removable cylinder which can be disassembled and assembled rapidly for washing etc;
B) Advanced filling mechanism: Rapid and automatical adjustment of filling volume, anti-drip valve mouth and adjustable drag chain conveyor etc;
C) Advanced control system: Automatical filling, volume setting and cleaning programs as well as double automatical filling program.
