The DSH series double-cones mixer is convection mixer of high efficiency. It has characteristic of gentle, high accuracy mixing and no damage to product. Two screws suspended from a turning arm, with different rotation semi diameter and different length, make three-dimensional action; Meantime, two screws make self rotation.
The DSH series double-cones mixer is comprised of vertical cone-shaped tank, two asymmetric screws, fixed or full-open top cover, arms, transmission unit. Two (single or three) screws rotate along their own central axis, we call this movement self-rotation; the arm drive the two screws rotate along the wall of mixing tank, we call this movement revolution. The self-rotation makes the materials elevated; the revolution makes the materials diffused in the radial; the materials elevated with self-rotation forms two material flows and fall down to fill in the material vacancy at the bottom; so the triple compound movement make materials homogenously mixed inside the nauta mixer tank.

*Features:

1. The machine consists of reducer, rotary arm and screw.
2. The screw rotates rapidly to enable mixed to be lifted continuously while the rotary arm revolves slowly to enable the mixing precision of the materials to meet the optimum condition.
3. With its mixing evenness of more than 98%.
4. The machine is nice in arrearance, reasonable in structure, safe in operation, convenient in maintenance. It is featured by such as high precision, low energy consumption, large load coefficient, rapid mixing speed, small occupation area and space, enclosed operation etc.
