Reverse osmosis water treatment Distiller Pure steam generator WFI Water for injection distribuution system and CIP SIP system

RO pure water station WFI distribution system and CIP SIP system are the main machines for pharmaceutical preparation process. RO system with water pretreatment filters is the primary water treatment equipment to produce purified water. Distiller will distill the purified water to WFI. Distiller also output pure steam for SIP process.

The CIP system provides acid and alkali cleaning solution with appropriate concentration and temperature for in-situ cleaning and disinfection of containers and pipes.

Main process of CIP system
The equipment is mainly composed of acid and alkali storage tank, water storage tank, control valve group and pipeline system. The acid liquid storage tank or alkali liquid storage tank can also be cancelled according to the user's requirements. The following description is based on the standard configuration of CIP cleaning machine. If the alkali tank or acid tank is cancelled, the corresponding steps can be directly skipped in the following description: Pre washing with tap water or purified water, alkali washing, water washing after alkali washing, acid washing, water washing aftr acid washing, hot water washing for equipment disinfection.

CIP system: This machine is mainly composed of water tank, acid tank, alkali tank, tubular heat exchanger, centrifugal pump, pneumatic diaphragm pump, various valves (butterfly valve, solenoid valve, check valve, etc.), various instruments, production process pipeline system, steam control system, electrical control system, electrical box, underframe and other main parts, with novel structure and reasonable layout.
