*Main feature
Three roll mill is widely used in paste materials including inks,Paint,Pigment,Soap, cosmetics, Artifica leather,Plastics,Lubricant grease,Chocolate and so on. Especially for high viscosity and finess material .The mill roller is made of high hardness alloy and anti abrade,also equipped with cooling device for continuous operation.


*Working principle
This device is composed of three rollers, mounted in a rack, directly driven by motor. The general direction of rotation between the roller, the front roller rotates forward and backward rotation. Before and after roller roller rotation speed fast and slow. The middle roller is fixed, and the two roller is arranged on the slideway, a spring device, adjusting roller and roller wheel before and after in the distance. Material by roller and roller between enter by the roller extrusion, finer granular products, followed by fast and bring out, quickly and end is provided with a scraper, material and the roller separation, fall into the collection bucket. *Application
Three roller grinding machine is mainly used for paint, ink, plastic, paint, food and other paste materials, especially suitable for grinding high viscosity and particle size of fine products. Roll is made of chilled alloy cast iron centrifugal casting, so the crystal phase is closely, high strength, the surface has high hardness and wear resistance, and is provided with a cooling system.
The machine by rotating the handwheel adjustment of the horizontal direction of the three roller between the gap and the roller surface of jiga and different speed friction to grind dispersing effect.
