100L Planetary Mixer-Reactor with distillation system:

• Working volume: 100L. Two-layers structure: internal layer made of SUS316L stainless steel for acidity,
external layer made of SUS304.
Heating/cooling system: coil pipes in the jacket for cooling water & jacket for heating oil. Source of heating -
oil. Plus 3 additional units of electric heater inside.
Distillation system: Horizontal condenser; Size Ø 219x1500mm; condensing area: 1.6m2
• Mixer type: double twists + 2 dissolvers. Revolution speed: 0-65rpm, inverter controller; Rotation speed: 0-
90rpm, inverter controlled. Mixing speed: 0-90rpm. Dispersing speed: 0-2200rpm.
• Power of revolution Motor: 2 motors -- Power of revolution motor is 4KW, disperser motor is 7.5KW.
• Revolution speed: 0-65rpm. The stirring system adopts planetary gear driven. The stirring blades run both
revolution and rotation with variable frequency speed control, to make the materials roll in all directions and
get ideal stirring effect.
• Hydraulic lifted: Up & down distance is 1000mm.
• Possibility to work in vacuum: Maximum vacuum reaches to 0.098Mpa
