Welding method of stainless steel storage tank1

Stainless steel storage tanks are used to store liquids in the beverage, chemical, cosmetic, dairy, food and pharmaceutical industries. Stainless steel tanks can be cylindrical or rectangular, vertical or horizontal, open or closed top, flat bottom or dished bottom supported by legs. Plasma welding: Plasma arc welding is a widely used welding process in the manufacture of pressure vessels, in which plasma is heated to a very high temperature and ionized to transfer the arc to the workpiece. 3. K-TIG: K-TIG is a single pass full penetration keyhole welding of stainless steel as well as titanium, zirconium and nickel in the manufacturing process of pressure vessels or tanks. This technology offers huge productivity, cost and quality advantages while also ensuring X-ray quality welds with great cap and root aesthetics.
