Close the vent valve, the liquid inlet valve, turn on the vacuum pump, adjust the vacuum valve (depending on the test filling volume) to meet the technological requirements, and step on the foot pedal to insert the liquid into the lower mouth of the filled liquid bottle. Slowly open the inlet valve, at this time the liquid level in the filling rises, and at the same time open the vent valve to keep the liquid level between the liquid level specified by the sight glass. When the pointer of the vacuum gauge is in the 0 state, it is proved that the filling is completed, and the foot collapse board is returned, and the quick-opening lid can be opened to take out the filled liquid bottle. If the vacuum pump is not used for a long time (more than seven days), the used oil in the mercury should be drained, flushed with new oil, and replaced with a new one. The middle moisture corrodes the pump body.
