Maintenance and Care: Follow the instructions in the user manual to properly maintain cooling, oiling, and other aspects.
Valve Operation: When using valves, slowly rotate the valve stem (or needle) to ensure the sealing surface is tightly pressed, achieving an effective seal.
Daily Inspection:
Check the stirrer for unusual noises or overheating to ensure normal operation.
Inspect heaters and coolers for damage or water leakage.
Check that discharge valves are intact, open and close properly, and clear any debris from the valves.
Inspect electrical equipment and wiring in the control box to ensure they are in good condition, with no electrical leakage or short circuits.
