The insert on the timing belt drives the bottle to move forward at a constant speed. Under the control of the tracking mechanism, the needle is inserted into the mouth of the bottle and moves forward synchronously with the bottle to realize tracking filling. The injection needle rises with the rise of the liquid level to play a defoaming effect. (3) Cap supply system: It consists of a cap conveying track, a cap arranging head and a cap wearing mechanism. The capping head adopts the principle of electromagnetic spiral oscillation to arrange the messy caps in line, and enter the capping track through the reversing twisting path. When passing the capping mechanism, the bottle hangs the cap and passes through the capping plate to make the cap wear straight. (4) Capping head: After the oral liquid bottle wears the cap and enters the capping head turntable, the three opened knives will center on the bottle and rotate forward with the turntable to press the lid under the control of the cam. Under the action of the taper sleeve, the three rolling knives roll toward the cover at the same time. After rolling, they leave the cover at the same time and return to the original position. (5) Tracking filling mechanism: the servo motor drives the gear and rack to move, thereby driving the filling needle to reciprocate. By adjusting the relative position of the spray needle frame and the mounting frame, the filling needle can be accurately inserted into the middle of the bottle mouth. 3.
