Portable Ozonizer Ozone Air and Water Purifying Disinfector sanitizer machine
Features:
High safety without secondary pollution
Used for disinfection of office, home, car and other confined spaces, sterilize with ozone
purification and detoxification
Industrially, ozone is used to:
Disinfect laundry in hospitals, food factories, care homes etc.
Deodorize air and objects, such as after a fire. This process is extensively used in fabric restoration
Kill bacteria on food or on contact surfaces;
can use of dissolved ozone as a replacement to chemical sanitizers such as peracetic acid, hypochlorite or heat.
Kill insects in stored grain
Wash fresh fruits and vegetables to kill yeast, mold and bacteria
Chemically attack contaminants in water (iron, arsenic, hydrogen sulfide, nitrites, and complex organics lumped together as "colour");
Provide an aid to flocculation (agglomeration of molecules, which aids in filtration, where the iron and arsenic are removed);
Clean and bleach
Many hospitals around the world use large ozone generators to decontaminate operating rooms between surgeries. The rooms are cleaned and then sealed airtight before being filled with ozone which effectively kills or neutralizes all remaining bacteria.
Sterilization principle of ozone
The sterilization process is biochemical oxidation reaction. Ozone can directly oxidize the cell body of bacteria, it can destroy the DNA of bacteria to achieve the inhibition effect, and it can also destroy the RNA of virus; it can oxidize various toxins to a certain extent and reduce their toxicity.
Ozone can oxidize and decompose the enzymes needed for glucose in bacteria, which makes bacteria dead. Directly acts with bacteria and viruses, destroy their organelles and DNA, RNA, so that the metabolism of bacteria is destroyed, leading to bacterial death.
Ozone invade the cell through the cell membrane tissue, act on the lipoproteins of outer membrane and the lipopolysaccharides of inner membrane, causing the bacteria to have permeability distortion and dissolve and die.
