It is composite of pre-mix tank manufacturing vessel holding tank complete system for solution preparation with piping. all system SS316L for contact parts

pre-mix tank: premixing and dispenser solid raw material for oral liquid and syrup manufacturing.

Inner layer: made of 316L stainless steel with polished surface.
Middle layer jacket: made of SUS304, with spiral device of reinforcing ring, cold water from bottom to top (no pressure), to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling.
Insulation layer: it is made of stainless steel. Polyurethane or rock wool is used to keep the temperature with the outside to achieve the effect of heat preservation.
Reducer: cycloid pin gear reducer is fixed on the bracket in the beam. The output shaft of reducer wheel is connected with agitating paddle. Looper connection is adopted to facilitate disassembly and cleaning.

The accessories mainly include sanitary manhole, mirror, light, material and liquid inlet and outlet pipe, thermometer, pressure gauge or customized.
