Performance and characteristics
1. the multifunctional extraction equipment consists of an extraction tank, a foam trap, a condenser, a cooler, an oil water separator and a filter.
2. Extraction tank type: it has straight cylinder type, cone type, mushroom type, inverted cone type.
3. The feeding door of multi-functional extraction tank is designed as manual quick-opening door.
4. The opening angle of pneumatic slag discharging door is 90 degrees, one cylinder switch slag discharging door, two cylinders rotating locking, roller sliding, and pressing inclined plane are self-locking structure. That is, the locking device still works under the condition of power off and gas shutdown, and the slag discharging door will not fall off and open by itself, eliminating hidden safety hazards.
5. The mechanism and stiffness design of the slag discharge door can ensure that the equipment does not leak during its normal service life.
6. The sealing groove of the slag discharge door and the feeding hole is machined into an inverted swallow tail groove to facilitate the installation and tightening of the sealing strip.
7. The discharging pipe of the discharging door adopts SUS304 stainless steel hard pipe, and the rotary head is sealed with PTFE filler. It has flexible selection, good sealing effect and no leakage.
8. The filter plate on the bottom slag discharging door is a large convex structure, which can press slag to make the liquid flow more smooth. The filter plate is pressed with stainless steel filter mesh, and the filter mesh size is 60 meshes.
9. The equipment is designed and manufactured according to GMP standard. The tank body is fine and clean, no sanitary dead angle, no trachoma, easy cleaning and no residue after emptying.
