◪ The system include: vacuum homogenizing emulsifier, heating system, mixer, vacuum system, electric lifting system, PLC control system, pipeline system, water phase pot and oil phase pot. composition, it is a emulsifying equipment for producing high-quality cream products.
◪ The material of this system: 316L high quality stainless steel for inner wall, The jacket and outer are made from 304 stainless steel with special bright polishing surface.
◪ Vacuum Homogenizer Emulsifying pot has three layers, inner wall 5 mm, middle layer 4 mm and outer layer 3 mm. The tank and pipeline for mirror polishing, fully in line with GMP requirements; It is a upper homogenization machine. The machine can arbitrarily set homogeneous time according to different products.
◪ The lid of the pot is equipped with an illumination observation hole to keep watching of the emulsification status of the products in the pot at any time. Equipped with micro material inlet to facilitate special flavor adding process. Easy to operate. Discharges from the bottom of the pot, Can be filled directly from the filling machine for sub-loading. Dumping discharges, easy to clean.
◪ Oil tank and water tank: Both are composed of two layers, the inner wall thickness is 4mm and the outer layer thickness is 3mm.
◪ Water and Oil tank heating system: steam heating through the jacket, insulation jacket on the outer layer, not only to ensure that reducing the heat release, but also to avoid scalding employees.
◪ Water and oil pot mixing system: two tanks are equipped with rated mixer and disperser 0.75KW, so that oil and water can be heated more quickly and evenly.
◪ Vacuum system: voltage 220V, power 1.1KW, vacuum suction, using rotary vane vacuum pump defoaming treatment, improve homogenization effect.
◪ Mixing system: Through gear transmission, two-way mixing is realized. Frequency conversion speed regulation scrapes low, voltage 380V, power 1.1KW, 80 rpm.
◪ Heating system: electric heating.
◪ Lifting system: Electric lifting system is easy to operate and can effectively emulsify materials under closed conditions.
◪ Control system: equipped with digital time relay device, so that the speed and working time of homogenizer can be adjusted according to the process and characteristics of different products. Electrical main-range control cabinet, all the power of the machine on and off, temperature indication, control, voltage, current and frequency conversion speed regulation, homogenizer time setting are reasonably centralized, the operation is clear at a glance.
