1. Structure of the solid dissolution tank
The solid material dissolution tank is mainly composed of a tank body, a stirring device, a heating/cooling system, feed ports, discharge ports, and a control unit for instruments, etc.
Tank body: Usually made of stainless steel, it has good corrosion resistance and cleanliness, ensuring the safety and hygiene standards of the contact between the solvent and solid materials. The tank body is designed with an appropriate volume and can be customized according to production needs.
Stirring device: One of the core components, it includes a stirring shaft, stirring blades (such as turbine type, frame type, propeller type, etc.), and a driving motor. The design of the stirring device needs to consider the material characteristics and dissolution rate, and through efficient stirring, it promotes full contact between solid particles and solvents, accelerating the dissolution process.
Heating/cooling system: In order to accelerate dissolution or control the reaction temperature, heating jackets or double jackets are usually installed outside the tank body, and steam, hot water can be introduced inside for heating, or cold water for cooling. The temperature control system regulates precisely to ensure that the dissolution process is carried out at the optimal temperature.
Feed ports and discharge ports: Equipped with sealed and reliable feed ports and discharge ports, which facilitate the addition of materials and the output of dissolved liquid, while reducing external pollution.
Control unit for instruments: Includes temperature sensors, level gauges, speed controllers, etc., to achieve real-time monitoring and automatic control of parameters such as temperature, stirring speed, and liquid level inside the tank, improving the safety and efficiency of operation.
