Pasteurization tank is composed of inner layer, jacket, insulation layer, outer cover, reducer, mixing slurry and thermometer. It has the advantages of convenient operation, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity and convenient cleaning.

Pasteurization process:

To heat the milk to 62 ºC - 65 ºC and keep for 30min. This method can kill all kinds of growth type pathogenic bacteria in milk, and the sterilization efficiency can reach 97.3% - 99.9%. After disinfection, only a part of thermophilic bacteria, heat-resistant bacteria and spores are left, but most of these bacteria are lactic acid bacteria, which are not only harmless to people, but also beneficial to health;

Inner layer: made of 304 or 316L stainless steel with polished surface.
Middle layer jacket: made of SUS304, with spiral device of reinforcing ring, cold water from bottom to top (no pressure), to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling.
Insulation layer: it is made of stainless steel. Polyurethane or rock wool is used to keep the temperature with the outside to achieve the effect of heat preservation.
Reducer: cycloid pin gear reducer is fixed on the bracket in the beam. The output shaft of reducer wheel is connected with agitating paddle. Looper connection is adopted to facilitate disassembly and cleaning.
Thermometer: the specification is 0 ºC ~ 100 ºC. It is installed on the crossbeam and extends directly to the low medium position, so that the liquid material can also indicate the temperature when it is used at the low position, so as to achieve the purpose of sterilization and aging..
