The composition of automatic capping machine

The automatic capping machine consists of 4 parts: bottle unscrewing, capping, bottle clamping and capping area. The drop cap photoelectric controls the bottle separation wheel. Clamp the bottle: The bottle can be capped only in the clamped state. The belt of the capping machine is equipped with a rubber layer with good elasticity, which is highly adaptable to bottles with small roundness and a little taper. After the capped bottle continuously enters the capping machine, the belt of the double glass bottle linear capping machine is clamped in front, and the cap is gradually tightened after 3 sets of rotating rubber wheels. 4. Capping: It consists of 3 pairs of wear-resistant rubber wheels that rotate counterclockwise. The first is the pre-screw cap, the second group is the official cap, and the third group is two supplementary caps with friction devices.
