  4. Cooking / Boiling & Concentration System

    • Cooking Kettle / Copper: Concentrates the syrup to the required density and viscosity by evaporating water through heating. This process may involve vacuum cooking to lower the boiling temperature, preventing excessive caramelization.

    • Temperature Control System: Precisely regulates the cooking temperature to ensure consistent syrup quality.

  5. Cooling & Intermediate Storage System

    • Cooling Unit: Rapidly cools the syrup to halt further reactions, preserving its color and flavor profile.

    • Holding / Storage Tanks: Provide temporary storage for the cooled syrup, either for the next processing step or for direct use in candy forming.

  6. Pumping & Filling System

    • Metering / Transfer Pumps: Convey the syrup from the holding tanks to the filling machine.

    • Filler / Depositor: Precisely meters and deposits the syrup into molds or other containers as required by the product, preparing it for the forming or packaging stage.

II. Operating Principle

The entire production line operates in a coordinated manner through an automated control system. Starting from the precise weighing of raw materials, each stage—dissolution, mixing, filtration, cooking, cooling, and final filling—is interlinked, forming a continuous and highly efficient workflow.
