Stainless steel reactor is a kind of comprehensive reaction vessel. Steam heating: when we need very high temperature, we can use high pressure superheated steam for heating; When the temperature range is 100 ~ 180 ºC, saturated steam can be used for heating; When the temperature is below 100 ºC, steam below atmospheric pressure can be used for heating.
Electric heating: in general, we use to install the resistance wire on the insulator at a certain distance from the reactor, or wind the resistance wire on the insulation layer of the reactor cylinder, so that there is a certain space gap between the resistance wire and the reactor body.
Structure and performance of reactor: the equipment is mainly composed of tank, jacket and mixing system.
1. Materials of the reactor: the parts in contact with the materials are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, meeting the GMP standard.
2. Accessories of reactor: frame stirring is used to ensure that the materials are evenly mixed in a short time; At the same time, frame type, anchor type and slurry type seals can be selected according to the needs, and sanitary mechanical seals can be used to ensure the pressure in the tank and prevent unnecessary pollution caused by material leakage in the tank; The interface adopts ISO standard quick mounting clamp type, which is convenient and sanitary; Sterile respirator, CIP cleaning nozzle, sight glass, flange, sanitary quick opening manhole, etc
3. Surface treatment of reactor (with legs): the inner surface is polished by mirror, without sanitary dead angle, and the totally enclosed design material is always in sterile state. The outer surface can be treated by sandblasting, frosting, cold rolling and primary color matte treatment. Heating and cooling: steam heating, electric heating and heat transfer oil can be selected to meet the process requirements of different working environments, such as acid resistance, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
