Performance

The stirring system employs unidirectional or bidirectional side-scraping stirring with frequency conversion speed regulation, suitable for different process requirements.

1. The material can be heated or cooled according to process requirements. Heating methods can be selected as steam or electric heating based on requirements.

2. Various forms of stirring paddles are available to suit the production of different types of products.

3. Made from imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, with the tank body and pipelines mirror-polished.

4. Can be equipped with a vacuum pump for vacuum deaeration (optional).

5. Can be optionally fitted with a bottom-mounted dispersion head or a FLUKO in-line emulsifier to accelerate material dissolution and emulsification.

6. The stainless steel electrical control cabinet allows comprehensive monitoring of equipment operation and can display data such as temperature and stirring speed.
