1. Product Structural Composition
The jacketed kettle adopts an integrated dual-layer welded structure, mainly composed of an inner tank, outer jacket, support frame, transmission system, auxiliary functional components and safety protection devices, with all material contact parts made of high-grade SUS304/SUS316L stainless steel to achieve corrosion resistance and sanitary grade requirements.
1.1 Inner Tank Assembly
The inner tank is the material processing cavity with a mirror-polished inner surface and arc transition structure, which eliminates sanitary dead corners and avoids material adhesion and scorching. The tank body adopts integral stamping and seamless welding technology, with high structural rigidity and pressure resistance, adapting to high-temperature and high-pressure continuous working conditions. According to process demands, the inner tank can be equipped with customized stirring paddles including anchor-type, frame-type and paddle-type structures to solve material stratification and uneven heating problems of high-viscosity materials.
1.2 Outer Jacket Layer
The interlayer cavity between the inner tank and outer shell is the core heat transfer unit. Heating media such as saturated steam, thermal oil and hot water circulate in the closed jacket cavity to realize indirect heat transfer. The jacket layer is equipped with medium inlet and outlet ports, pressure gauges, vent valves and drainage interfaces to monitor and adjust heat transfer parameters in real time. The outer jacket surface is fitted with thermal insulation cotton and protective shell to reduce heat loss and prevent scalding risks.
1.3 Support and Tilting Mechanism
The equipment is equipped with a rigid steel support frame with stable load-bearing performance. The tilting-type jacketed kettle adopts a worm gear and worm transmission structure, supporting 180° manual or electric tilting discharge, which improves material discharging efficiency and reduces residual volume. The fixed-type kettle adopts an integrated fixed support, matching bottom discharge valves for quantitative discharge and pipeline continuous production.
1.4 Drive and Control System
The stirring drive system consists of a speed-reducing motor and frequency converter, realizing stepless speed regulation to adapt to different material viscosity and processing technologies. The electrical control cabinet integrates temperature sensors, pressure transmitters and programmable controllers to achieve automatic temperature constant, over-temperature alarm and timing operation functions.
