In response to the epidemic prevention and control requirements, on February 5, the 2020 Advanced Commendation Conference of Jinzong Enterprise was held via video conference simultaneously in the large meeting rooms of Jinzong Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Jinzong Machinery Co., Ltd. Though physically separated in two locations, our hearts remain united. Through embracing change, we gather strength together; through advancing intelligent manufacturing, we create a shared future!
The conference commended the outstanding collectives and individuals of 2020, presenting awards to both individuals and groups, including the Commendation Award, Active Work Contributors, Business Pace-setters, Advanced Business Divisions, Advanced Workers, Excellent Team Leaders, Advanced Teams, and Advanced Collectives.
Supporting Epidemic Prevention by Replacing the Annual Gala with a Cross-Location Awards Ceremony
The conference began with a speech by the company’s President, Zhong Miaoqiang. President Zhong extended New Year’s greetings to all Jinzong staff for their hard work and selfless dedication over the past year, as well as to their families for their care and support. He expressed deep regret that the corporate annual gala originally scheduled for February 5 had been canceled due to epidemic prevention measures. However, to express gratitude for everyone’s efforts in the past year, several affiliated companies separately presented awards and certificates of honor to outstanding employees and collectives across two locations as an encouragement. He also hoped that the awarded departments and employees would remain humble and strive for even greater progress. Furthermore, he emphasized that the commendation aims to select the best among the excellent, set examples, and motivate everyone. Therefore, he urged other employees to follow the examples set by the advanced, continue to uphold the competitive spirit of striving for excellence, and achieve even better results.

Following the awards ceremony, outstanding representatives who received honors delivered speeches. They expressed heartfelt gratitude to the company for providing a platform for growth, thanked the leadership for their trust, recognition, and cultivation of their work, and also appreciated the proactive support of their colleagues. They further committed to continuing their efforts in future work, staying grounded and working diligently to achieve even greater results.
