Common faults and solutions of vacuum emulsifier

Fault one: Abnormal stirring system
  Phenomenon: Unstable stirring speed, stirring shaft jamming or abnormal noise.
  Cause analysis: Motor fault, gearbox damage, poor alignment of stirring shaft, worn or deformed impeller.
  Solution:
  Check the motor and gear, replace if damaged. Adjust the alignment of the stirring shaft to ensure correct installation. Replace worn impellers to maintain the integrity of the stirring system.
Fault two Insufficient vacuum
  Phenomenon: The vacuum pump cannot reach the set vacuum, the vacuuming time is too long or cannot vacuum.
  Cause analysis:uum pump fault, damaged seal ring, leakage in the system, blocked filter.

Fault three: Heating system not working

  Cause analysis: Heating element damaged, thermostat fault, circulating water system problem.
  Solution:
  Check and replace the damaged heating element. Debug or replace the faulty thermostat. Ensure the circulating water system is unobstructed, and adjust the flow rate and temperature as appropriate.
Fault four: Homogenization effect is not good
  Phenomenon: The product particle size is large and the uniformity is poor.
  Cause analysis: Homogenization head wear, inappropriate speed setting, insufficient material pre-processing.
  Solution:
  Check and replace the worn homogenization head. Adjust the speed to an appropriate range and optimize it according to the material characteristics. Strengthen the pre-processing of materials, such as properly heating, dissolving, or sieving raw materials.
Fault Five: Control System Failure
  Phenomenon: The operation interface does not respond, parameter settings cannot be saved or executed incorrectly.
  Cause Analysis: Software fault, hardware damage, loose line connections.
  Solution:
  Restart the system, check if the software needs to be or reinstalled. Check and replace damaged hardware components. Tighten all line connections to ensure stable signal transmission.
